Put Criminals in Prison, Not People Who Report the Crimes
Can people be sent to prison for opposing crime?
Last night I published the following pair of connected articles:
- Matthew J. Garrett Has Just Sent a Threat to Put My Wife and I in Prison Because His Own Spouse Says He's a Rapist
- Threats From 'Former' Red Hat (Now IBM) Staff While IBM's Likely Accounting Fraud Attracts Public Scrutiny
In a nutshell, less than a day ago Matthew J. Garrett was threatening to put me and my wife in prison in the UK because I mentioned that his American spouse calls him a rapist and his fellow American friend who coordinated with him another lawsuit against me had been arrested for strangling American women.
While all this went on (Wall Street opened) IBM's stock basically crashed (it impacts Red Hat also!) and insiders now speak of the increasingly realistic prospect of arrest of IBM management for accounting fraud (pointing the finger at IBM's American CEO and American CFO):

Well, "this blossoming Kyndryl scandal" isn't even over yet. "The stock price is crashing…"

Kyndryl's "market cap" (alleged 'worth') is now only half Kyndryl's debt. This can happen to IBM too.
Funnily enough, before the threats (6 E-mails were sent to my wife and I in a matter of 2 minutes) I said I was expecting IBM people to try to muzzle me for being a thorn on their side. I said this to several people and at times on the public record, too. A day later a 'former' Red Hat (now IBM) person stepped up to the challenge.
I don't live in China (or Hong Kong); speaking about wrongdoers is not wrongdoing. █
