At IBM, "merit has been flushed down the toilet," somebody said less than an hour ago regarding the above media chaff (some of it is just slopfarms, even slop images). IBM is trying to distract from the fact of "forever layoffs" and "silent layoffs", not to mention accounting fraud. "So I was RA’d as a Band 10 because I was too expensive," said the original poster (OP). Many replies there.
