If statCounter is to be trusted, usage levels of Social Control Media in Norway sank this year and already went down rapidly last year.
Maybe the adults recognised Social Control Media is bad not only for kids in Norway. The difference is, they're (the latter) easier to addict and they're not old enough to make responsible choices.
Is Norway leaving Social Control Media behind and moving on to real things?
A decrease from 11% to just 1.87% is possible to reason about; it's the reverse network effect because when many perceived 'friends' (or peers) disengage, you too are likely to follow. Yesterday we took note of Pleroma dying (it's like a Twitter clone). █
