Garrett Does Not Just Try to Cover Up for Himself, He's Clearly Covering Up for His Mates From Microsoft (and Admits Third Parties Fund His Litigation, With Their Legal Bills Estimates Already Approaching $1,000,000)

oh good lord, New York? Thanks for the evidence that I've been part of the conspiracy for 20 years

Balabhadra (Alex) Graveley, Miguel de Icaza

Earlier this week the UK's High Court once again showed that the two lawsuits filed in 2024 are not separate; the two cases are technically conjoined (updated in tandem), so the Court recognises them as inherently connected (which they are). The artificial posturing by the lawyers and barrister was based on a lie. And they could no longer sustain this terrible illusion. It was debunked based on one of the perpetrators and - worse yet - they repeatedly lied to the Court and to several judges about it - only later to have their client contradict what they had signed with a Statement of Truth because he was grilled under sworn oath. This is a serious matter. They tried to outmanoeuvre us by mischief, knowing more claims and more lawsuits would impact our legal budget, making it too prohibitive to present evidence and witnesses in support of our counterclaims. They exploit pockets' debt to compensate for inconvenient facts like being in prison for strangling women.

This week they dumped almost 5,000 pages on us (digitally and also physically) and there are hundreds of pages there about the Serial Strangler from Microsoft, even though they claim the case and client is Garrett.

This seems like an own goal.

Worse yet, the articles in question concern abuses at Microsoft and GitHub and they're hardly making those matters look separate.

This reinforces the idea that they try to cover up for Miguel de Icaza, Nat Friedman etc.

So who is funding all this?

Garrett has admitted already that even ahead of the SLAPP from Graveley he had spoken to him about this.

There is so much flawed with the papers they sent. It reinforces the assumption that they are abusing me and threatening my family because they did terrible things and nowadays the public is well aware of these things. Now they want "revenge", they are clearly mixing up their clients (they're all in this together), and all of them come from a country where the president is perpetually in contempt of all courts, even the Supreme Court.

That's aside from this low-grade, machine-generated fodder thrown without any regard for already-budget-tight/strapped courts that lack enough time. The disregard goes a long way and it is hardly new. They have already sent us about 75 KG of legal papers. How is any judge supposed to keep up?
