High Court

British Sovereignty at Stake

Not all nations are alike. Different nations have different cultures and, accordingly, different and sometimes unique laws.

Finding Allies

Thankfully I've forged some political connections over the past 3 decades (with both large parties). When I met and spoke to our former Prime Minister I was a month away from starting University and over a decade ago at a local event I chatted with our former Defence Minister, who said he knew the site Techrights (even back in 2013!). It really oughtn't be that way; but connections matter and it helps to have political connections. It comes in handy and it offers extra protection. It can be useful for certain purposes, not only political.

"The system" after all is just a collective of humans (disregard false narratives about so-called "AIs" - those are just proxies of "broligarchs" who try to distort what happens using creative storytelling, misnomers, misdirections and so on).

Finding Shared Concerns

British Ministers (foreign, defence etc.) are demonstrably showing interest in what we speak about, so we are engaging with them, as well as with relevant NGOs (focused on freedom of the press and free speech in general). They won't tolerate what's being done to us only by Americans because it's a clear risk to British sovereignty (more in Part I, Part II, and Part III). We've accordingly amended this series and its breakdown. Ministers deserve our full attention and priority at this time.

Finding DARVO

For those who did not see or read our prior parts, in just a nutshell what we have here is classic abuse of process for censorship's sake (funding comes from third parties that can keep up with almost a million dollars in legal bills). They are doing high-budget role reversals, wherein a person who strangled women in the US state of Texas is the "victim" (because he's unable to find a job after being arrested for strangulation), whereas the person (in another continent) who speaks of the victims (women) is somehow "guilty" and must apologise.

Turning Lies Into "Truth"

In the words of my wife's late grandfather, who actually fought for the American army, lawyers are liars and it's not worth pursuing a career in lawyering because in practice lawyers master the art of making lies a "truth" and turning truths into "lies".

In our case, lawyers trafficked about 75 KG of legal papers into our residence. Who has the time to study 75 KG of legal papers? Moreover, who has sponsored this? They've already admitted (out in the open) third-party funding.

And it's getting worse. Set aside the wheelbarrows of papers.

Some hired guns working for Americans have spent months (since December) sending me and my family threats of "prison" (yes, prison! Their clients boasts about this in public!) and I also received some threats using burner accounts, all of them connected to those hired guns (by name, the contents are a giveaway). The way they're worded makes it hard to report them to the police (I didn't even try). It seems like their "nuclear" or "nuclear nuclear" option is potentially illegal (e.g. doxing, but good luck enforcing British law against Americans who live in the US) and our SRA communications will illuminate what we relayed and said about them. The SRA is very familiar with the complaint that we submitted and have updated since almost 12 months ago. But the SRA - being a toothless/paper tiger that nonchalantly overlooks instead of tackling abuse [1, 2] - seems not to care much about abuse of the process for bullying purposes - bullying whose purpose to distract from and discourage publication of unlawful things the hired guns did to us [1, 2] for their own reputation laundering purposes and also for their American clients (one was arrested for strangling women, the other is being called "rapist" by his own spouse this year).

Turning From Bad to Worse

Prior to that they had shown really bad behaviour as well, e.g. hijacking the names of other people in IRC (we have admission of this under sworn oath) and harassing relatives of people, not just employers of various people. It is a matter of public record that one of them bullied university colleagues of a fellow Debian Developer. Just imagine me contacting his university and NVIDIA to tell them they employ a person accused by his own spouse of all those horrible things; but I'd never do this, it's not my style, it's only his own style. So I would not do this, ever. I would not go or stoop down to this level, but he has done this to many people and it is very well documented already.

It gets yet worse. Using equivalents for analogies' sake, imagine me researching/searching for his mom in Facebook and attacking her, or requesting very private data about his sisters/brothers, then doxing them, in order to harass them. I never did this, I would never do this, but this is the equivalent of what he does. His legal representatives seem to be perfectly OK with this - in spite of claiming to be experts at data protection - and they're projecting by threatening to put the messengers in prison, even though (based on actual behaviour) it is their own client who belongs in prison and one of them (his litigation partner [1, 2]) was in fact in prison and he does not deny this, he just wants to hide this without due process. He knows his case is completely without merit. He abandoned it after I had countersued (my counterclaim is in a document almost 200 pages long; I had only 4 weeks to prepare it as a Litigant in Person facing wheelbarrows of papers from a former PR person who has since then left the languishing firm; based on metadata they were too sloppy/clueless to hide, they had assigned at least two barristers to work against a Litigant in Person, which seems absurd; maybe even two law firms). Why are they treating thugs like VIPs? Are there VIP lounges for sociopaths?

This Cannot End Well

We'll continue talking to politicians, we will appeal when necessary, and some time soon we'll show the bullying attempts against several webhosts. Those people in the US act like gangsters and they game the British legal system with the help of hired guns. What they tell the court is a bunch claims without merit - a mere aggravation, bullying by misuse of a process; they very well know (we told them this last October) that the spouse of their client cannot be ignored, but their firm is struggling and has already gone as far as deliberately misleading (lying to) several judges; they did evil and likely illegal things against us for years, and they fear stories about this will come out in the coming years, rightly dooming their reputation (and their clients'). To put it slightly more bluntly, it is a law firm of criminals and/or incels [1, 2] and it is perpetually projecting, trying to portray those who oppose crimes as the real problem. Part victims of theirs explained that in their Web sites and months ago they got sued by their own clients [1, 2, 3]. As the old wisdom goes, maybe the problem is you, not me.
