1,234 People Gather Online to Plan Next EPO Strikes and Other Industrial Actions

As we've said a number of times earlier this week and even earlier today, yesterday an online gathering orchestrated the next moves by EPO staff.
"I didn't know if you're an ex employee of the EPO," one person told me, "but this is an awful place to be, when you are not going to be their slave."
Insiders of the EPO are truly desperate in there; but they need the money. There's less and less money for them over time though. And that's one of the reasons they go on strike.
Some hours ago the Local Staff Committee Munich (LSCMN) wrote to staff about the gathering and the plans ahead, noting that 1,234 (yes, 1 2 3 4) people "attended" yesterday's meeting. Here is their message to colleagues:
On the agenda: Salary Erosion Procedure – Further efforts needed
Dear colleagues,
On Tuesday 10 March at 11.00 hrs, the Local Staff Committee Munich (LSCMN) and The Hague (LSCTH) held simultaneous general assemblies gathering 567 and 667 attendees respectively, culminating in a total of 1.234 attendees.
The LSCs reported on the orientations for a new salary adjustment procedure which will be discussed in the next meeting of the Administrative Council on 18 and 19 March and analysed the narrative of management on the reform. The presented slides can be found at the link below:
Salary Erosion Procedure – Further efforts needed – Next actions
If this is what they do when all indicators are green, what will they do when they are red?!
The trade union SUEPO continues with the industrial action plan to fight the erosion of salaries, pensions and benefits with
work-to-rule actions,
demonstration on Wednesday 18 March at 12.30 hrs in front of the Isar building, all Munich staff is invited and staff from other places of employment will also join,
a third day of strike on Thursday 19 March
They cannot ignore us if we stand together.
The one-page paper gives a concise outline to everybody (almost the same except formatting and other anomalies):

The previous strike had over 1,500 people participating. So the strikes attract even more workers than those who tune in to Microsoft's spyware ("Teams"). █
