IBM's Payroll: Cannot Even Pay the People What They're Legally Entitled to
Hours ago: Quiet Layoffs or Silent Layoffs Alleged at Microsoft | IBM 'Dinobabies' Speak Out
Yesterday: IBM Has Just Been Sued Again by Its Own Staff (This Time a Manager, Stephen P. Gutierrez)
Posted minutes ago (familiar story! Others said the same!):

People discuss the scale of layoffs this year. This was posted in recent hours: (the CFO predicts as many layoffs as last year, i.e. a lot)

How they remove the experienced workers:

IBM is now one of the ‘legitimate targets’ in the Iran war (this article names IBM), as we noted earlier. In order to survive, IBM targets government contracts and was at times caught bribing for those contracts.
The illegal 'DOGE' [sic] stint harmed IBM profoundly. So IBM's debt grew. Now IBM tries to cut off "expensive" staff, doing a rather shoddy job at hiding it (with NDAs).
Curiously enough, based on the above discussions IBM does not even honour its own employment contracts. This can cause IBM not only bad publicity but legal action, resulting in even more backlash.
How financially-stressed is IBM at this point? █
