SLAPP Censorship - Part 32 Out of 200: Garrett Made Spurious Requests (Later Withdrawn) the Same Week Someone He Later Spoke to by E-mail Sent Threats to Our Webhost
The "plot thickens" because there's a multi-party tag-team act, as confirmed by Garrett after he had sworn on the Bible
Last night we published this article about the "Ritual Defamation" by Garrett, who likes to publicly insult if not slander high-profile people to get attention in Social Control Media and only seem equally important (even if he lacks qualifications/credentials he claims to have).
Just to be very clear, Garrett is still threatening us all the time - both privately and publicly - for merely explaining to the public what they did to us, as the barrister we chose suggested that we ought to publicise (because of Garrett's classic abuse of our national legal system, in this case by Americans)
Our barrister was moreover befuddled, as Garrett's barrister made requests (as shown below) and later completely withdrew all those requests:
![[redacted due to injunction] We managed to mitigate the sock-puppet issue and ban the offending sock-puppets on many dozens of occasions. Sometimes the moderation was done by another person as both Roy and Rianne were asleep.](/i/2026/04/abuse-irc-withdrawn.png)
Thankfully our IRC logs show how we tackled IRC abuse in 2023. The judge has already accepted that my wife and I neither invited nor deserved this abuse.
That date highlighted above will become highly relevant when we start another series - a very long and detailed series that shows how abuses were directed towards webhosts and even ISPs.
This series will be far from the last, even if it'll likely be the longest one and definitely last until the end of this year.
Us telling our story will help many other people in the community protect themselves from online bullying and legal (lawfare) bullying. It's not so unusual for people who did bad things to pick what SRA has called "hired guns" in London to bully the reporter/journalist. On the 14th of this month our government will 'grill' the SRA for its reluctance or inability to curtail such abuse.
What we're publishing here is in the public interest, it does not run afoul of any injunctions, and is also recognised as a matter of national security [1, 2]. █
