In exchange for various relatively small bribes (give a million, get back several billions in COVID-19 era bailouts), the US dictator is a Microsoft booster and since in some very large European nations the people see Putin as no worse than Trump (not just in Spain) we'll be seeing a migration not only away from Windows. As for chatbots, the "entertainment only" LLMs of Microsoft are already shunned and loathed, but characteristically bundled (to trick people into using them or give a false impression of demand).
The future of computing doesn't look pretty.
