SLAPP Censorship - Part 53 Out of 200: The Lying Solicitor of Alex Graveley Left Brett Wilson LLP Only Days or Few Weeks After the Garrett Trial (Attended by Almost Their Entire Office/Team)

They kept trying to get us to settle [1, 2] (for the fifth of sixth time already; at least twice during the trial alone). This was published just 4 hours ago in relation to this epic and hugely expensive SRA failure:

Do you think I could go back to the SRA based on their changes Brian and resubmit the public false statement by Brett Wilson LLP again alongside the police investigation which contradicts their public deceits? Only 2 sheets of paper. Never mind the change of court date and judge, week prior to trial as well, ignoring my request to not change the date?

They do lie a lot. They cannot help themselves. They kept lying about this tag-team act while defaming me more times than I can recall.

Brett Wilson LLP is a nakedly women-hostile firm and we are gratified to see that women they hire (none of them are real managers or directors; they are there to serve men or shadow for them) realise this and leave. One can guess how many managers there are divorced already (maybe several times). In yesterday's part we dropped some hints on what will come next (standards - like laws - must be enforced). The misogyny is a widespread problem in this entire sector/industry and men who abuse women don't just work as lawyers; they're also served by these lawyers (reputation laundering for thugs). It's a toxic workplace and hostile environment to be in. We must talk about this openly and seek to tackle the underlying problem (its very core is known to many, but it remains somewhat of a taboo).

Finally, after a very long time, this profile got updated:

Brett Wilson worker left

Now there is an end date. This has been updated (very recently) to finally indicate she had left the firm only days or weeks after the trial, and only after she had relentlessly attacked me on behalf of a serial strangler of women, based in another continent! I am glad she made the decision that it's better to be unemployed than to help violent men attack men who support women's rights and object to the apparent crime of telling women to kill themselves (more so knowing they had that "in their genes", which may mean causing/motivating/involuntary manslaughter in the US).

Another thing we've noticed is that on Monday morning at around 10AM another position seemed to have become vacant, or at least advertised:

Brett Wilson LLP - 1.0; Farringdon; Senior Associate (5+ PQE): Media and Communications Law: Lowest possible rating; Working for Microsoft; No office?

That was yesterday.

It's not that they're growing, they are quickly shrinking (see "The Law Firm SLAPPing Us For the Microsofters Lost 72% of Its Tangible Assets in the Past Year, According to Its Own Reports"). Months ago they brought the whole office (media team) to the courtroom, then just a barrister and one lawyer (6 days ago). The term "skeleton crew" seems like a good fit.

Then there is the recent change of address of "Brett and Wilson Limited", the difficulty finding business (the database of active cases makes this crystal clear), and what seems like rebranding attempts.

This seems to be the cost of picking clients who treat women like trash and even trash them; at least one of them is very abundantly stubborn, arrogant, jealous, and utterly full of Hubris (all along!). And it's costing them. Some lawyers would stroke his ago or scratch his back as long as he and his third-party sponsors give money, but would no longer bother when he is poor and generally a liability to them. Their other client was always a huge liability, but they used him to help the first. It was a mistake and they should have known better; his attorney in the US (Rick Cofer) admitted he had been charged for strangulation, but they fancy taking as clients people who have been charged and later attack the media for mentioning that. This is what happens when a "media" law firm doubles up as a criminal law firm; they basically take criminals as clients or try to paint journalistic people - even pro bono activists - as criminals.

As they gradually come to discover, lawyering up with and for misogynists, spending about $1,000,000 funded by third parties to snow the other side under 100,000 grams of legal papers isn't about winning but gaming the system. It's very expensive, it ruins their brand, and eventually it results in HR issues, not just PR issues. The women leave in droves.

You don't tell anyone what we do under the table. Understand?
