SLAPP Censorship - Part 55 Out of 200: Strangled Women, Charged for Strangulation, Cannot Find a Job Now (After Microsoft)
The previous part showed a fair share of "copypasta" (copy-pasting by 5RB). We've since then been in touch with that firm and also spent the day speaking to several cops about the anonymous threats sent to my wife and I. This has kept us busy. Today we'd only share a reply to the Serial Strangler from Microsoft, who blames those who reported his arrest for him struggling to find employment. Last July, in my counterclaim: "Paragraph 10.4 is revealing. “Minion AI” is just him and he basically failed to get hired because a “prospective purchaser” (i.e. company that considered giving him a job) found out what he had done and decided it would be risky to bring onboard someone who behaves so poorly and spent time in prison. So it seems like this “prospective purchaser” – if it existed at all (Mr. Graveley boasts to women that he lies to them to sell himself) – basically “dodged the bullet”. It seems like Techrights did a decent public service by spreading the word and presenting the underlying, hard evidence. This claim is, in short, denied."
This sort of trend, wherein Americans start forum-shopping in the UK for defamation trials and wherein the real intention is censorship by threats, merits public awareness and wider scrutiny.
Our barrister strongly urged us to "write about it" when it's done. The whole thing ended 6 months ago and here we are writing about it, only to face: (a) threats to life, (b) doxing against relatives, and (c) threats from burner accounts.
We're not dealing with mentally healthy people here. Can we expect better from alcoholics and people who see psychiatrists? █
