IBM is Already Doing 'Voluntary' Layoffs This Year in Europe ('Buyouts' Ahead of Mass Layoffs)

After accepting a voluntary redundancy in March, today was my last day with IBM.

Minutes ago: Tracing Back the Misuse of the Word "Buyout" to Describe Merciless Mass Layoffs

Earlier today we showed IBM pretty much admitting that thousands of layoffs are coming soon and half an hour ago somebody wrote: "IBM Consulting will take the brunt of the layoffs in the US... They are not delivering what is expecting from them. See ya su-kers!"

There's now evidence that IBM does the "buyout" spiel to shake the tree and see what fruit falls. Later the chipping of the branches will commence.

IBM's efforts to hide or belittle layoffs is noteworthy. They've already hidden thousands of layoffs this year; the media was complicit. █
