In the first part, second part, third part, fourth part, fifth part, sixth part, and the seventh part we showed several glaring examples of double standards. Shown at the top is how staff is expected to uphold high standards and communicate well. If only management took its own words (idealistic pontification) seriously.
Why does the EPO's management attract very toxic and corrupt people (who never before ran any patent office, let alone worked on patents)? When will European politicians or supposed (in name only) 'overseers' start paying attention and giving a damn?
As one insider put it: "Were any enquiries made to check if staff working closest to ["Cocaine Communication Manager"] (caught red-handed) had suffered ill-effects from working with someone who uses cocaine, as might typically be the case in other organisations if a colleague were suspected of alcohol dependency? (In truth ["Cocaine Communication Manager"] is not the real problem here. He is just the idiot. But whose interest does it serve to protect him?)"
