In the first part, second part, third part, fourth part, fifth part, sixth part, seventh part, and the eighth part we showed some slides that speak of "ethics". The management of the European Patent Office (EPO), i.e. a cabal of corrupt officials, is trying to lecture staff on "ethics". Incredible. Consider the following slide from management of the European Patent Office:
Both EPO stakeholders and EPO insiders openly and publicly condemn the Office for pursuing bad patent quality. It is a matter of policy.
So the handbook's page (or slide) 11 is basically perpetuating face-saving lies.
People who shamelessly violate the European Patent Convention (EPC) have the audacity to lecture workers on "ethics". Incredibly enough, the managers who communicate for the Office (and colleagues say sound like chipmunks) do cocaine while spreading these lie. █
