People Work for Microsoft Because They Fear No Other Company Would Hire Them

Why do people still work at Microsoft?

Most people would guess "money"...

But other companies pay better. And it gets worse at Microsoft.

The tough reality is (to them anyway), Microsoft employees use stuff no other company would wish to use. The GAFA in GAFAM won't use Windows (not much anyway^*) and there are so many layoffs at Microsoft (they just disguise them with all sorts of misnomers and lies). As noted above, attrition is very high right now. Hours ago some more executives quit. █
