Come on, this is almost identical (even a description of who they are and how they feel):

This series is, in my humble opinion, of considerable public interest. Having received various legal threats from these people since 2021 [1, 2], I can tell plenty of stories as a litigant in person (LIP) [1, 2]. Some stories will provide an insight into the minds and modus operandi of hired guns (often overlooked by the corporate media due to fear, which is understandable; the regulator is toothless - hardly an overstatement one might note).

From what I've observed in metadata, Brett Wilson LLP hired or utilised at least 2 barristers from 5RB Barristers to work against me with SLAPPs funded by third parties (yes, really). I never named these barristers. I respect their privacy, whereas they do not respect mine (or my wife's). Months ago Brett Wilson LLP and a 5RB barrister working with them got sued by their own client [1, 2, 3]. That alone is quite revealing. Less than a year ago the High Court determined that they had abused processes to bully the media. That's just the sorts of people they are. They make money this way.

Take a quick look at the above screenshot (more in the previous part), with digital "markers" that show the overlap. From what we can gather, the junior contractor/employee of 5RB Barristers literally took the text about Garrett (probably edited by Brett Wilson LLP) and then recycled it without any changes... for another person - a person Garrett already admitted he had spoken to (which meant lies got told to several High Court judges prior to that).

Garrett openly (publicly) boasted his SLAPP would be "funny"; does he think courts in another continent (operating by proxy from afar; not even showing up for his own hearings) exist to entertain him in the circus sense? Or like stand-up comedy? For "likes" in social control media?

To be clear, the above work by the barrister is subpar and embarrassing; anybody with a simply English degree can do this job (of this barrister), in effect like some college bloggers changing some words here in there with plurals, adjectives, numbers, pronouns etc. altered around existing (unoriginal) bodies of text. How low have the standards of barristers fallen? Can some random "frat blogger" become a barrister now?

There's nothing wrong with having strong English.

But this one didn't even change the name of Matthew J. Fox (or Michael Garrett as he calls him). How much are these people charging to throw claims that are so obviously "copypastas"? Is 5RB Barristers going to insist that this meets its professional standards? If not, how about the BSB? Accountability will be sought; we are patient and persistent.

My response to the above (the "copypasta" with Graveley on the side):

29. Paragraph 29 repeats many of the same claims in different words;

1. People who cause harm to women deserve scrutiny and thus the sentences are all denied, they are merely an inversion of narratives.

2. This is merely a repetition of previously-denied statements.

3. The number of people reading a factual article is not relevant and thus this claim is denied, save that many people may have read the article/s.

4. Attacks on women and plagiarism would hardly qualify as “working hard […] to build a good reputation”. This is denied.

Right now not only Graveley and Garrett have reputation problems.

Brett Wilson LLP and this barrister too face difficult questions about their professional integrity. They know this and they try to put me in prison. How dare anyone criticise a hired gun? █
