In Wall Street, Kyndryl Holdings Inc market cap is said to be 2.85bn dollars (always a lot higher than it really is, but that's not the point).
Kyndryl executives reported resulted this week. The stock crashed. Again.
According to Kyndryl Holdings Inc itself (its own reports), its debt is 3.975bn dollars:

If it owes more money than it claims to be "worth", then what does this make Kyndryl?
And given that Kyndryl was created by the same crooked beancounters (financial engineering) that still run IBM, what might happen to IBM?
Kyndryl is where IBM offloads liabilities. It also is a surrogate of the methods.
Why won't the SEC interrogate IBM's own accounting? The auditor of IBM's books is paid by IBM. It is not independent! █
