Internal Microsoft Communications Confirm: "Buyout" Offer Worse Than a Year's Salary and Microsoft Offers "Retirement" to Young People Who Cannot Retire

A week ago: Microsoft "Buyout" Offer is Less Than One Year's Salary

Last month: Microsoft Insiders: If You Don't Take the Lousy Severance-Like Offer, They'll PIP You Out (Microsoft Signals to People Over 40 That They'd Better Vacate the Place)

Based on Bill Epsteingate-funded (and pro-Microsoft) media some hours ago:

Microsoft unveils details of buyout push, offers cash and healthcare [The best paid people! Most experienced!]

As we said before, Microsoft is implementing giant layoffs under the guise of "retirement", targeting the most experienced workers (predating the visas frenzy, so there is an ethnic correlation, set aside median salary); if you don't take "the offer", they'll likely push you out later (with a worse departure "gift"). At Microsoft, even people in their 40s are wrongly assumed ready for "retirement" (even if they have kids, mortgage and so on).

This is an annotated summary of what Microsoft offers people to pack up their things and leave within weeks (not even end of year!).

Internal Microsoft document spells out the company's buyout offer: Less than 2 months from now (short notice); putting their capital in a Ponzi scheme, not real money; Microsoft thinks people aged 45 will die to 50 or earlier? Severance, for most people a month's salary for each 2 years of employment (24 years means one year's salary)

Does that sound like a good offer or marching orders?
