The Corrupt Lecture the Non-Corrupt - Part XVI - EPO Had Data Breaches, Covered Them Up, Now Lectures Staff That Didn't Do It and Didn't Cover It Up
At the European Patent Office (EPO), data breaches are a matter of habit; the mangers do it [1, 2, 3] and years ago we covered examples where not only data breaches happened; there was admission that they happened and the management then tried to cover up those data breaches.
With that in mind, take a look at what they tell staff:

As usual, managers can do that, managers do in fact do that, but they lecture staff on not doing it and on a duty to report it.
Imagine what would happen to staff if (non-anonymously) blowing the whistle on management leaking and then covering up EPO data breaches. █
