An fan-made No straight roads extension: coming soon
Ok, so exams are coming up and I was bored. So I decided to make a story Based on No straight roads.
Basically, My game idea continues from NSR and expands on them. I researched all of the characters to be accurate to the story. And I had to tweak the story at times to make it work. I hope you will like it.

… were made by the same guy, Patrick Buckland! Quite an incredible jump in sophistication in only ten years. It’s fun living on the steep bit of a sigmoid curve.

Reliable Old Tech and the Failures of New Tech
So I was thinking earlier today about the long lost library card catalog, and how I never really had to think about it being there and just working. In those days, you would never find yourself approaching the card catalog only to find a big "Out of Order" sign on it.
These days when I walk into my local library (and others nearby), I pretty much have to assume I need to ask the librarian to look anything up for me. The public catalog terminals are almost always broken. Windows problems. Network errors. Won't connect to anything without someone logging in to something. Forget browsing the catalog. You can't even search the catalog.

New Capsule Directory: Essays
A read a lot of news report and articles about a variety of social subjects, including various evils and injustices going on in politics and society, as well as matters relating to Israel, who are God's chosen people. I record a lot of references and notes in the process, even though I myself am not a reporter or investigator. I've wanted to share these but have struggled with finding the best way to do that. I used to release digests occasionally, which were basically dumps of links that I had found. But I was never satisfied with that, as it took up a lot of time to create the digests, without really giving the reader good organization of the data, or an understanding of the views or perspectives I was trying to get across.
