Greenwashing PR stunts (from the guidebook as shown above) are a distraction from EPO corruption, a convenient self-praising charade that diverts attention from what truly matters. "Environmentalism" distracts from a "toxic work environment", as we shall explain in a moment.

In the last part we discussed what it meant to EPO colleagues when their bosses were drug addicts, brought in and appointed to (top-level) positions by Campinos.

It seems like Campinos absolutely doesn't care about the safety of his workers or the reputation of the Office; instead, it is about his girlfriend and personal enrichment. It is a miracle that he is still in charge of the Office and it says a lot about the national delegations, which tolerate this by inaction and apathy.

Yesterday was a giant day of action at the Office, which meant strikes in all major sites. "Strike Anchor Day Gathering" (Welgelegen in Rijswijk) took place. As the union put it to colleagues: "SUEPO The Hague invites all members and all EPO staff to come together on the next strike anchor day on May 18th. At a time where solidarity and collective action matter more than ever, this is an opportunity to connect, exchange, and stand united."

One insider spoke of bosses who do cocaine (the "brother-in-law" of Campinos). "At times when they are on a high they perform excellently," the insider said. "However, the huge moodswings and outbursts of anger are the problem and are danger to others. Intoxicated bosses make toxic work environments."

They are putting at risk colleagues by abusing them; they are also very hostile towards women. █
