Red Hat Exodus or RAs (or PIPs) in 2026 Not Limited to China, IBM is Doing Well at Hiding Layoffs
IBM fired 400+ Red Hat engineers in China last month. But what is going on in Europe and America this month?

As we said earlier this month on at least three occasions, something is going on at Red Hat and there's no unified message about it, only a mention here and there by staff impacted. The above is from Friday and we've seen more of the same lately.
Whistleblowers are needed now. We've already had Red Hat whistleblowers for nearly 2 decades (easy to lose count of how many, some were very high-profile staff), even some earlier this year.
All we need to know is, does IBM hand out lots of PIPs? And if so, what are the "demands" (which are likely unreasonable and almost impossible to meet; or if met, IBM would still terminate regardless, so workers brush up their CVs and leave proactively). █
