Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine Undoing Censorship of Corporate Wrongdoing
Today we hanged some balloons for Tux Machines. It'll be 22 next week. It preserves GNU/Linux stories over two decades old.
Today I received some promotional E-mail, albeit it touches an important subject. "For nearly 30 years," it says, "the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine has helped preserve the public record. It has captured more than 1 trillion web pages, documented history in real time, and ensured that journalists, researchers, historians, librarians, and the public can continue to access reporting long after stories are published. From breaking news and investigative journalism to local reporting and public statements, the Wayback Machine has become essential infrastructure for the public’s ability to preserve online news and culture. Now, that preservation work is under threat."
Corrupt companies and malicious people have long sought to delete the past and misrepresent their past behaviour. On the Wayback Machine, however, it's hard to change the past. For instance, support4justice.com is now offline, but the Wayback Machine has a live copy. It documents how the SLAPP industry works. Today we reproduce the entire main page:
TIMELINE2014 UNTIL 2022 5th April 2021, before publishing Support4Justice contacted law firm Brett Wilson LLP, who represented Qatar Airways and Qatar Gas in legal letter, presented evidence of the deliberate lies, coercion and intimidation to silence a victim of harassment in the drafter legal letter, and requested Brett Wilson's full support and condemn the action of their clients. 20 months later, complete silence from law firm Brett Wilson LLP My name is Christopher Ellery, I worked as a conservation and wildlife filmmaker, clients BBC CountryFile, Channel 4 Wild Things, producing multiple films for Plantlife patron HRH The Prince of Wales. and producing a high-profile campaign film in 2015 for the Macular Society endorsed by the then UK Prime Minister David Cameron.
PORTFOLIO
from 2014 to 2017 Qatar Airways, Head of Communication posted completely fabricated malicious lies on Twitter, a Twitter account that was used to promote Qatar Airways and her role within the airline, Someone who read her 3-years lies and asked for the contact details of this "scumbag" called Alan, but Qatar Airways Head of Communication replied he it is not called Alan and posted my full name and family home address on Twitter, endangering the lives of my wife and young children, the legal term for this is doxxing with malicious intent also posting on Twitter, that she had a court order against me, this was a completely fabricated and untrue. This was confirmed by Jill Elks on 27th Oct 2017 at UK Government Small Claims Court Dept, Money Claims Helpdesk, Northamptonshire phone 0300 1231057 - Ref No A1QZ561D that no court order was ever issued, but struck out.
I learned, that for 3 years when searching my full name and with term videographer and photographer on a Google search fake reviews that were part of the harassment would appear at the top Google search,. Google removed the fake reviews from their search due to breaking European laws, Google Ref: 6-2075000018492 with the fake reviews are still visible outside the Google search platform in 2022, Qatar Airways Head of Communication headed teams of IT experts that specialise in social media campaigns and online storytelling from the head office in Doha, Qatar. (this job description is taken from her LinkedIn account) so had the resource to create multiple fake reviews, designed to ruin my reputation with a completely fabricated narrative.
Qatar Airways fraudulently changed dates of employment and job description to cover-up harassment and Qatar Airways' lack of due diligence and gross negligence in the harassment.
As you can imagine the impact and damage from being harassed and trolled online through Twitter posts and fake reviews from 2014 to 2017, has left my business and reputation in ruins, as every potential customer and employer would of seen and believed them all to be true, rendering myself unemployable with the financial cost unquantifiable as I will never know where my business would be today.
1st Nov 2017
Contacted law firm VWV and spoke with lawyer Ben Holt who specialises in defamation law and informed me I had a legal case for defamation, such a case could cost hundreds of thousands, and this was something I could not finance. Ben Holt was fully aware that I could not finance a legal case but still took the time to listen to my case and offer valuable information on defamation law, after we spoke emailed the name of a lawyer who may be able to help.. 2013 defamation law changed, Lord Sugar addressed House of Lords with his concerns "that only the wealthy and the media were protected by this new defamation law", and making it financially impossible for UK law firms to take on defamation cases, probono.
House of Lords debate: Defamation Bill - YouTube 7th Dec 2017
Avon and Somerset Police, Police Crime Ref No 5217275863, officer 9743, advised due to the nature of online Twitter posts, this is harassment, doxxing and fraudulently claiming to have a court order against me, and multiple lies and comments attacking me personally over a 3 year period, officer 9743 asked if I would like to press charges, but also advised it would be difficult to enforce legal action due to harasser living in Doha, Qatar, we spoke about contacting her employer due to harasser using the Qatar Airways online platform and her position, heading all social media campaigns for the organisation, and Qatar Airways complete lack of due diligence before and after employing her at such a high profile position. 19th Dec 2017
A complaint email was sent to Qatar Airways, supplying evidence of harassment involving Head of Communication, advising Qatar Airway that their lack of due diligence and gross negligence, allowed Head of Communication to use the Qatar Airways platform to ruin my reputation, I requested Qatar Airways help and full support, in bringing the Head of Communication to justice in a UK court. Qatar Airways HR investigations Manager emailed confirming receipt of complaint and documents, 21st Dec 2017 Jan 2018
Learned that Qatar Airways, HR Investigation Manager, whom I sent evidence of harassment, had just lost her job at Qatar Airways, after nearly six years of employment. Also learned Qatar Airways, had fraudulently changed dates of employment and job description, as well as promoted harasser to a more senior position within Qatar Airways organisation, stating now on her LinkedIn page, "personally accompanying CEO Akbar Al Baker on all official travel and live media interviews", Qatar Airways are no longer just guilty of lack of due diligence and gross negligence, but now guilty of endorsing my harasser, whos harassment is still visible online in 2022, and allowed to use the Qatar Airways platform to ruin my reputation and business, with the complete blessing of Qatar Airways CEO Clearly, CEO was embolden to make this move, as I could not finance a legal case against Qatar Airways or Head of Communication and UK police were powerless, due to harasser living in Doha, Qatar.

Reached out to CNN Press Room website, contacting multiple CNN vice presidents, exposing Qatar Airways CEO Al Baker direct involvement in cover-up, concerning three-year online harassment and hate campaign, As Qatar Airways CEO regularly appeared on CNN, both CEO Zucker & VP Gullost would have been on first-name terms with my harasser Qatar Airway Head of Communications as she personally accompanied CEO on all travel at live media interviews and that Qatar Airways has funded CNN since 2003. But CNN chose to stay silent, when only 2 days earlier the world's media spoke about one female individual at Qatar Airways was publicly condemned by CEO Al Baker. 22nd June 2018,
Brett Wilson LLP, legal letter, representing Qatar Airways, Head of Communication and Head of AKIS-Qatar Gas, deliberately lied on drafted legal using coercion and intimidation, to silence, so I would take down this website Support4Justice.com, web of lies drafted in legal letter was exposed 12 months later after reaching out Cambridge University and schools governing body COBIS. Asking why AKIS-Qatar Gas ignored harassment complaints concerning Head of AKIS-Qatar Gas for 12 months. with school replying to COBIS "claiming this was a personal matter and before his employment at the school", Qatar Gas believed they had deleted all records of his employment online at AKIS-Qatar Gas, when I had screenshots from his employment at school since 2014, sent evidence to governing body COBIS, exposing the corruption by the school and involvement in silencing a victim of harassment on a drafted legal letter by Brett Wilson LLP 17th July 2018
Due to legal letter by Brett Wilson LLP, using deliberate lies, intimidation, and coercion to silence a victim of harassment. exposes how deep this cover-up by Qatar Airway and Qatar Gas, both owned by the State of Qatar and being accused of sponsoring terrorism, family home being broken into taking computers, laptops and hard drives, UK police were powerless to help due harasser living in Doha, Qatar,UK with police forensics involved Crime No:5218158119. BRETT WILSON LLP
22nd June 2018, Law firm, Brett Wilson LLP representing Qatar Airways, Head of Communication and Head of Al Khor International School, defended Qatar Airways of any wrongdoing, gross negligence and lack of due diligence, and had no right to contact Qatar Airways for their support is a legal case, as I had no legal case for defamation as statute of limitation had passed, this is a deliberate lie by Brett Wilson as they are fully aware that as they specialise in defamation law, that a judge could extend timeframe due not being aware of the malicious online content, Brett Wilson not mentioning in the drafted legal letter their client after 3 years of harassment and lies online, doxxed me by posting family house address on Twitter with my full name, endangering the lies of my wife and children with malicious intent and legal letter did not mention their client fabricated having a court order against me, when it was struck out, and after sending a complaint email 16th May 2018 with link to evidence of his complicity in the harassment, Head of AKIS tried to claim Al Khor International School and owners QatarGas knew nothing of the website www.support4justice.com that exposed harassment and wanted it taken down, before Head of AKIS employers can see it, clearly Brett Wilson LLP using coercion to silence and cover-up harassment, fabricated this narrative with their clients, so that AKIS school could ignore harassment complaint email. and not offer a full investigation into complaint, the evidence points to AKIS and owners QatarGas instructing it's Head of AKIS to silence the person who made a complaint against him. with Brett Wilson LLP instructing me to stop making complaints in the drafted legal letter. Brett Wilson LLP stating our clients are considering contacting the police, If I don't take down website, but they do not wish to do this, I wonder why. maybe the three year harassment and smear campaign their client designed to ruin my reputation, posting my family home address on Twitter, endangered my wife and young children's lives by this malicious act, after someone read the three years of lies posted on Twiiter and asked for contact details of this scumbag, with Qatar Airways Head of Communication happy to post my family home address, not knowing the metal health of this person, and fabricating having a court order against me, Ref No A1QZ561D confirming no court order was ever issued against me and was struck out. Brett Wilson LLP, It is you that has facilitated my harassers causing further distress, with your multiple threatening legal letters, using coercion and intimidation to silence a victim of harassment. I hope one day this all plays out via the U.K. legal system, it is your organisation that will be exposed and stuck out from practicing law. April 2021 I have sent multiple email correspondents to Brett Wilson LLP, but they have ignored every communication.
