IBM is "Making an Exit". Only the Executives Will Get Rich.
Not too shockingly, insiders see the writings on the wall (street):

Founders and companies can "make an exit" (not the same as "cashing in"). That doesn't quite mean what it sounds like. It typically means failure disguised as success, e.g. companies running out of money (that they borrowed, money they still owe) and then looking for some large company to absorb whatever "assets" are left (sometimes only the staff, hence hiring disguised as "acquisition") or "go public" for gullible shareholders to take over the remnants... to gamble their money on a dud based on blind faith or insider trading. Cheating the market, basically.
We see a lot of this in the slop giants and we'll see a lot more of it in months/years to come. As somebody put it some days ago: "It as an overall investment has been in losses. This is not news. The two big companies, Anthropic and OpenAI are not yet making money. And not to say that the total amount investment is more than a quarter of my country's (India) GDP."
They use fake numbers by extrapolating and discussing pledges/promises as "money in the bag" (for instance, if some company or bank promises X dollars for a 10% stake, then that mere promise somehow means or allegedly implies the company is "worth" X times 10... another zero added... a million million million million dollars).
In Anthropic's case, there's already "an exit" with a totally laughable valuation (way too many zeroes!). More debt and losses, now someone else's problem? Slop is digital manure and now Anthropic, very deep in debt, calls for a slop "pause" (it is apparent in the media this week).... trying to pause its losses or offload these to morons in Wall Street? "The confidential filing allows SEC officials to review Anthropic’s registration documents before they become publicly available," SQ Magazine wrote days ago. They silently plot "an exit" then.
"Anthropic announced the filing in an unsigned, two-paragraph blog post, noting that the amount of money it is seeking to raise—and at what valuation—has not been set," Wired wrote and "as mentioned earlier, there's no way to recover the money already wasted in Anthropic and the other purveyors of Ponzi scams," an associate has said.
This brings us to IBM. What is IBM plotting to do with GAFAM? Given that is competes with them "in the cloud" (clown) or "clown-native", it certainly seems like IBM looks for a way out of this market segment. It has given up and instead it'll settle on re-selling. For other companies!
IBM's "clown" strategy is hardly shrewder than that of slop "giants" (as in, companies that lost the most money on slop). █
