Clownflare Says Majority of Web Traffic is Now Bots, But the Net is Another Story
Everyone knows that the Web has become a cesspool of spam, slop, bots etc. Clownflare sells Clownflare as the 'solution'.

Beware marketing in "news" clothing.
Clownflare goes by "NET" in the New York Stock Exchange, but its main function is to obstruct Web access, not Net access. Clownflare is selective obstruction as a "business model" or "service", even if as a business it's not doing well (mass layoffs all the time and debt has more than doubled in a year).
Maybe one day Clownflare will even be consistently profitable. Maybe not. Either way, as a political firewall Clownflare serves some national objectives of the United States and its current regime.
Clownflare now says that the Web is so noisy that the majority of traffic is bots. Clownflare did not tackle the bot problem; instead it profited from the problem. Clownflare was selling its disservices (effective MitM) by saying it would help block bots, including slop bots, rather than actually help towards taking bots offline.
This conundrum was covered here before. The botnets (mostly Windows) need to be culled. The malicious bots are something to be intercepted. To Clownflare, the greater the bot problem, the more revenue it stands to gain.
So when Clownflare lectures us on bots remember whose side Clownflare is on. Bots are to Clownflare what lawsuits are to lawyers. █
