SLAPP Censorship - Part 101 Out of 200: Women Come to Realise They Don't Wish to Participate in Attacking Vulnerable Women

Has the bully become a ladder down to "Hell"? There is a pattern.

In yesterday's part we gave an outline of the first 100 (or 99) parts and today we have some news to cover. It relates to another topic that we shall be covering in the coming weeks. That topic, we believe helps explain the rage that results in 1) death threats sent to us; 2) today's attempt at a sort of 'home intrusion' (we're told by cops it was likely in breach of law, what they did was probably illegal and they're investigating the person who did that); 3) menacing behaviour against what they deemed "bloggers" (a lawyer was convicted for this not too long ago); 4) eagerness to advance SLAPP for a man who did all sorts of horrible things, got charged, spent time in prison in America; 5) do reputation laundering for men who tell women to kill themselves or whose spouse says they're "rapist".

Why would anyone wish to participate in this? How about women?

As it turns out, women continue fleeing in droves. In fact, based on LinkedIn, the person who shovelled up almost 100 KG of legal papers into our home left the firm in March and is now unemployed (many women left this firm; maybe they didn't fancy working for incels and violent thugs who attack women).

It should be noted that she was hardly the exception; she's not the first woman to leave the firm lately, with no alternative employment to follow. Maybe they saw how gross the job was (the Director pretends libel law is "under attack" and blames Russia/Ukraine, as if men who strangle women and tell them to kill themselves in a very distant continent while working for a truly horrible company are somehow "OK").

Maybe being a mucho-macho firm (truly run only by men), women are the first to get discarded, just like at GNOME (we've covered this disturbing pattern before), which Garrett and Graveley are both associated with.

They have a commonality around rejection of women. Imagine attacking trans women too [1, 2]. The term for this is "toxic masculinity" - a firm run by white heterosexual men and works for white heterosexual men who treat women like dirt - and that is an understatement. I know how badly they treated my wife right from the beginning.

But the exodus is not limited to women; when one woman left they temporarily had a person with "Australia" in his bio (same as hers), but he was gone within weeks/months. Did he too realise what he had gotten into, then took a hike?

Many people are leaving, some of them very fast (within months or weeks!), so something is clearly very morbid in this firm and in their media team, whose posts (or blog posts) come from only 1-2 people as if they're down to a pair or operate in a minimal boat/crew. Who would tolerate this sort of culture of incels and "toxic masculinity"?

Regarding the above lady, much more can be said or merely speculated (unless she decided to blow the whistle, which we doubt she would); curiously enough, perhaps by sheer coincidence or chance, she left exactly on the same month they were sending out threats to my wife, asking the Court to put her in prison (despite the chief judge already acknowledging in her judgement that my wife had been abused online and she neither invited nor deserved the abuse that she decided to open up about).

There's a great deal of cruelty in the mix - it is a unifying factor observed among their other (few remaining) clients as well. It does not look like they filter clients because they are desperate for any (even alleged sympathisers of Hamas).

From what we can gather, they ruined their own collective morale by picking absolutely ridiculous "cases"... from a distant continent - people funded by third parties because they cannot afford the legal bills. And nowadays they're paying the price for it. There's an element of karma or scent of desperation to it.

This morning and during the weekend, as well as last week, we spoke to cops and an investigator gave an update some days ago regarding the death threats (obviously illegal!) that I received from them or their circle (the contents or body is a giveaway). As explained back in April, death threats are a sign of desperation. If this is all one has left, then logic and reason have been rejected. Then it is the "law of the jungle".

Regardless of what led to many departures of staff, we certainly I hope these women (and few men) who left/quit did in fact experience firsthand (in courtroom or E-mails or letters) what it's like to be funded by rich third parties from America to target vulnerable women, in effect leveraging lawfare against domestic bloggers (instead of trying to uphold justice and help well-meaning people like they teach them in university).

Brett Wilson LLP's demise, which is easily measurable, shows what happens when you decide to act more and more like their criminal clients (they're in this business) for people who assault women in another continent and then add death threats to the mix. When one resorts to this - and generally defaults to utterly low standards - staff or talent retention will become increasingly challenging. As at that stage, you are no longer a law firm but a lawless firm gaming the system and sending illegal threats to people. In a way, people who are insiders start dreading they too might be held legally accountable (if they stay in the firm). █
