We've been out of Town (Manchester) from very early in the morning (in order to gleefully celebrate an important anniversary) and did not return until after 10PM at night only to receive patronising letters sent on behalf of the Serial Strangler from Microsoft. Remember that a lot of the SLAPPs or SLAPPing activities started at around the same time he was arrested in the US (in his dad's home, where he lived). Weeks earlier we had written several exclusive articles about his likely fraudulent dealings with the CEO of Microsoft's GitHub, who soon lost his job there (he never got a job of a similar status after that; he became unemployed for about 4 years). We gave a full timeline of events back in April and shared the same with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) - a topic we shall revisit when the time is more suitable (ministers are on it; let them take precedence and lead because they know SRA sucks).

To be more transparent and clear on this whole affair, the Serial Strangler from Microsoft isn't a new problem. He spent a lot of time begging me and sent his US attorney to effectively admit that he had been charged with strangulation. He later attempted to make me "generous" offers or veiled threats (after several more threats, spanning years, then months apart).

More clarifications are well overdue.

To be clear, for many or at least several (3) years already Garrett used Graveley as his "legal" attack dog (speaking of dogs). Graveley would always attack days or hours me after Garrett got in legal trouble/impasse, such as the counterclaims [1, 2]. Mark Lewis said this was very abundantly obvious and said the SRA must act. Do people want more information about this? Stay tuned then, we'll present lots more material about the overlap and connections between Graveley and Garrett in the future. They're almost inseparable in terms of their behaviour, not just professional affiliations, personal/social circles, places of work, and legal team. This is not new. This first SLAPP started in 2021 (by Garrett, coinciding with Graveley's arrest) and a formal case started in 2024. The aggressors and Garrett already confessed under sworn oath (I interrogated him directly) that Graveley filed this case as he did... because of him, Garrett. Garrett basically invited this. That also meant they had both repeatedly made false statements to several High Court judges (with "statements of truth" signed). There is legal liability assigned to that, but holding them legally accountable is hard when they're sheltered in another continent. When I pointed this out in public I began receiving death threats (several in the course of months) - threats that only Garrett, Graveley, or their legal team could make (based on the contents and the demands). Garrett then instructed his lawyers to threaten to put my wife in prison because his own wife kept calling him "rapist" (his response to that was revealing) and then Graveley showed up again. At the same time he resorted to harassment by proxy/process - i.e. the usual from him.

Their artificial posturing about those actions being independent/separate cases is refuted by the cross-examination (in the trial's transcripts). Their artificial posturing about the threats are likewise facetious at best. They're not denying this; they do gymnastics with words now, trying to lecture me on what I know or don't know about the death threats (if they saw these, then it came from them; if they didn't, how they do they know?).

As stated before, we've identified at least 12 grounds upon which Brett Wilson LLP is itself in contempt of court. Do readers want the list? Stay tuned.

I already told them, via the person they sent to our doorstep this week, that they are under an active police investigation.

I've since then spoken to several more cops who agree that what they did was not legal. They likely breached several laws this week and I gave a description of the person who did this (the police asked for that).

In short, they work for brutes who physically assault women and want some women dead. Also, as they are aware, we reported them to the police for likely illegal behavior. Most recent incident was less than 3 days ago. For them to trivialise the matter (like they make threats to punch people seem like "jokes") is to affirm our criticism of their profound attitudinal problem. No wonder so many women quit the firm (they'd rather be unemployed) while it went on. This hub of toxic masculinity needs a proper look by the new SRA chief, who is female for a change. █
