In IBM's case, a lot of the latest "pump" was Arvind's "quantum" hype/fantasy. Hours ago I was asked about "quantum" things and needed to clarify that - just like "hey hi" ("AI") - the media intentionally misrepresents what it is, where it stands, and what it means commercially (not as an experiment in some laboratory). █
