Richard Stallman's Software Freedom/Digital Sovereignty Tour in Europe

24 hours from now there's a Richard Stallman talk in Erlangen, Germany and Google (GAFAM) continues to spread the falsehood that he calls LLMs "generators" or that he returned to MIT. LLM slop about Dr. Stallman is imprecise nonsense, unlike human-written summaries. Born 73 years ago (16 March 1953), i.e. now in retirement age, he continues to work "behind the scenes" in GNU and the FSF. He is very active and passionate about what he created. Nobody can take that away from him, certainly not "cancel mobs" or "brigades" in social control media.
We recently learned that some time later this year the FSF plans to promote or at least publicise Quibble, which uses LibreJS to enable secure communications.
Tomorrow we'll post a summary of "our rich history and commitment to courageous whistleblowers"; having more tools out there for secure (encrypted end-to-end, decentralised too) communications is good for democracy, for justice, and for solidarity. As things stand at present, the vast majority of people have their interactions controlled/policed by GAFAM. That reliance begets imperialism. █
