IBM Down $61 in Two Weeks, The Lies About Quantum Computers Didn't Last Long
Last night: IBM Works for Microsoft
Hours ago:

As someone has just put it, "IBM share price dropped below $270 today. Was the price above $300 some kind of fake dream? Where are the cheerleaders?"
As we noted in passing yesterday, IBM was valued at 23% higher just earlier this month, so what happened? "I work for IBM," somebody wrote some hours ago, "but I don't represent them. I actually have morals and a sense of ethics...something IBM executives lost decades ago."
They are manipulating the share price, even if that means dooming the companies they bought.
Many from Red Hat became "IBM" (different job, not just different title). This transition accelerated last July and then again on the first of January (this year). As a result, many Red Hat staff laid off would be ousted through PIPs and "RAs", not "Red Hat" anything.
On moving between departments (to outlast/survive most RAs at IBM), as per the above discussion: "Even if you succeed in moving, it's really just moving from prison cell A to prison cell B. You might get to shower with a new group but you still better not drop that soap. Much better to be released."
IBM is an unsafe employer, not a good place to work. More people at Red Hat recognise this; some become our whistleblowers. █
