Microsoft's CEO Openly Admits XBox is Not Sustainable and Microsoft is Beginning to Admit Slop Isn't Working and Is Not Not Sustainable Either
Hours ago:

There's a real reason why loads of executives leave Microsoft. The company's Web sites tell us a story, albeit cautiously, in stages... like the stages associated with admission of addiction (or coping with it).
Months ago they openly admitted slop was just for "entertainment" and cannot be relied upon for anything serious. Now the company admits that its gaming/entertainment division is effectively defunct (only ever loses money; no turnaround foreseen).
Now we see public (publicly advertised) clues that after giant loses associated with slop there are cancellations. Those cancellations aren't exactly new, but they were not always advertised in public like this.
Expect Microsoft cancellations next month (or later this month) to impact far more than XBox and some studios. █
