Does everything have to do with sponsors (money) now? Even sports?

In Mexico, the oil giants run the show, then there's some break for water giants (it is Coca-Cola Company). It's all about money (ads) - to the point where it gets in the way of sports and wastes the time of spectators (both in stadiums and in homes).

We covered this before in the context of European football clubs becoming dominated by oil money (including the team which won the Champions League for 2 years in a row).
