Brett Wilson LLP Has Just Lost a Case of Its Biggest Client "IN THE COURT OF APPEAL (CIVIL DIVISION)"
Vince used the same barrister who works for the Serial Strangler from Microsoft, copy-pasted about 80% of Garrett's PoC for his American friend, and thought Garrett's first name is "Michael"
As we noted here before, Brett Wilson LLP is siding with or working for an alleged Hamas sympathiser (who is now by far their biggest client and repeat client).
The issue was dealt with recently (hearing recordings are in YouTube). From the page: "Dale Vince OBE, founder of Ecotricity and a prominent Labour donor, brought separate libel claims against Paul Staines, editor of the Guido Fawkes website, and Richard Tice MP. The claims arose from articles and social‑media posts published in March 2024 following comments Mr Vince made in a Times Radio interview shortly after the Hamas attacks on Israel in October 2023."

He didn't like that and he faced a legal team connected to ours (same lawyer, same barrister). To be clear, I never spoke to them about this.

Their tasteless choice of clients isn't a new issue. We have given countless examples. A year ago they lost his case and the "UK High Court Blasts Brett Wilson LLP for Misusing "GDPR" After Failed Efforts to Censor Critics Using 'Libel' Claims" (same client, Vince).
Last month we wrote about his lawsuit against Lord Bailey of Paddington. He must now compensate the person he sued.
Hours ago the court higher than the High Court (but not Supreme Court) again ruled against him:

He is basically pouring out millions of pounds trying to suppress criticism for dumb words he spoke in public.
Is Brett Wilson LLP proud of such clientele?
