Layoffs at Microsoft Are Massive, Go Under the Radar for the Most Part

Microsoft employees speak anonymously in recent days:
We have seen numerous independent (from one another) claims that next week another large wave of Microsoft layoffs will sort of "unravel", maybe even be formally announced. But there are many silent terminations, PIPs, 'voluntary' departures (money paid to pretend it is voluntary), and other forms of "silent layoffs".
Microsoft is in a really bad shape. The issue is not limited to XBox. This morning we mentioned GitHub, with LinkedIn heading in the same downward trajectory. █
