One Heck of a Week for IBM, the 'Grandpa' of 'High-Tech', International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE:IBM) Under Investigation by Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC
Stock still falling as low as $204:

People still leaving:

"IBM lost about 26% of stock it a lot of money about 60-70 billion. The layoffs will be the same about 25% I’m sure," somebody wrote two hours ago.
IBM CEO "Arvind need[s] to go, and bring someone else. He need[s] to ask him self what he done till today? Look what Tim Cook do for Apple and what Arvind [could] do for IBM?" Also two hours ago.
"It's hard to fathom anyone being worse at the job than Arvind, but I think Rob just might pull it off," somebody replied, alluding to Rob Thomas (RT).
Someone has just taken note of this serious action (maybe part of a series) against IBM. "And so it begins," said the poster, quoting: "Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential claims on behalf of purchasers of International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM" or "the Company") (NYSE:IBM). Investors who purchased IBM securities are encouraged to obtain additional information and assist the investigation by visiting the firm's site."

What took so long? Hesitancy due to knowing IBM has a large legion of lawyers that can outspend challengers' legal teams?
If IBM gets busted or might be busted, will the CEO jump, get pushed, or be arrested?
Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, based in New York, is a large law firm. IBM cannot easily "tire them down". █
