IBM's Control of the Media "Just Showed What Taking Accountability Does Not Look Like"

Yesterday we mentioned the role of the media in enabling fraud (by intentionally and knowingly publishing fake news), then covering up for those who do the fraud. Those who call out the prominent culprits said a few hours ago that "BI" is part of the problem now - not a new problem.
Apples don't fall far from the trees they grew on. As someone put it some hours ago, "Sarah E. Needleman sold her journalistic soul...for IBM's Arvind? Girl, have some professional self respect."
As it turns out, she came from WSJ, which is "in the business of "pump" for IBM" (they still did this a few days ago). How much "pump-n-dump" can they get away with?
Needleman's profile is very much focused on the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) background. To quote: "Previously, she was a reporter for The Wall Street Journal for more than two decades, covering technology companies, entrepreneurship, and recruiting."
This is the publisher that prints the most IBM propaganda - to the point of serious journalistic misconduct [1, 2]. Suffice to say, "pump-n-dump" is not journalism.
Notice how the media likes to pretend IBM has no layoffs, even if there are "forever layoffs" there, with new examples shared in a thread we mentioned yesterday:

It is no secret that IBM pays the media. When will there be real news about IBM? Misconduct thrives in silence. █
