Based on what we hear, it’s org based and these aren’t layoffs but terminations.

We've seen claims of PIP-style culls at Microsoft coming next month and more layoffs coming later this week to give Microsoft excuses for shareholders.

Microsoft's soaring debt isn't because of slop; it is about Microsoft's commercial problems. XBox layoffs or "reset", for instance, has absolutely nothing to do with slop.
