What is a "Wikipedia article"? Who decides what constitutes an article and who gets to decide on so-called "notability"? What about the length of Wikipedia pages? Who gets to determine importance?
The answer surprises many people. Wikipedia isn't like any other encyclopedia and it's easy to manipulate or "lobby", sometimes even infiltrate.
"Wikipedia had been blocking people from creating an article about me," said Daniel Pocock about Wikipedia, "because they argue there were no public news reports about me. But that criterion is typically just some excuse, arbitrarily enforced like a CoC, as some people are more "equal" than others.
