Non-Techs Using Slop Run Fedora and It's Turning Out to be a Total Disaster
Yesterday: IBM Hammers a CoI Into a CoCed Fedora, RIP Fedora? | IBM is Killing the Fedora Community, Replacing It With LLM Slop From IBM Staff
Over two years ago we made a video to highlight a troubling appointment in Fedora [1, 2] and it is turning out to be as bad as we envisioned. The above links (both from yesterday) show that IBM views (or envisions) Fedora as a mediocre pile of slop, managed by non-geeks, and hypocritical CoCs (CoI, Conflict of Interest).
"In the comments," which we cited last night, "someone tried to justify the CoI by linking to a Zonker article from LWN," techrights-news wrote last night. Here is ANOTHER CoI - as Zonker worked for IBM/Red Hat for a long time, so his articles in LWN are a giant CoI every month. We've pointed this CoI many times before, but IBM is immune to or exempted from a CoI violations.
Worse yet, as it turns out the CoI policy was done by GAFAM slop:

This admission is rather telling. Fedora is managed by slop and the people who do this slop have 0% experience in technology.
RIP, Fedora? █
