Cuts at IBM, Allegedly More Shutdowns to Come, CEO Visits Complicit Media to Promote Lies and Products That Will Never Exist (Misleading Shareholders)
IBM is collapsing, it has no hope or prospect of recovery, but the complicit (paid by IBM) "media" tries to tell us an entirely fictional story about an old company called IBM having some big thing in the making or having some shrewd long-term plan. That not only discredits a lot of this media, it also helps reveal that IBM has resorted to distortion if not corruption of the media. That says a lot about IBM itself. Such depravity demolishes the brand's value.
There's this discussion today about IBM cuts:

"Some area have had these travel restrictions since early Q2," one person said in another page. Another said: "I am also hearing that IBM is planning to close more offices in US... Don't know which one though, so it will be a guessing game."
IBM has lots of abandoned sites. The media tends not to talk about it. When it does, it tries to blame "urban explorers". That too is a stain on the mainstream media.
Speaking of such media, the "pump-and-dump-as-a-service" (Cramer) is at it again:

As someone said elsewhere, jokingly, "Bobs going on Kramer tomorrow to pump it up."
They're using the media to game the share price, based on vapourware or imaginary products.
"This downward spiral cannot be stopped," the above comment/page added. "It has been going on for several years now. I spent 18 years at the blue dinosaur. Been out for almost 2 . It’s been a multi faceted failure there.
"IBM has ki-led morale to the point people are numb or stressed out completely. Folks are Always looking over their shoulder for the next RA list. It has cut resources to the bone to vital areas needed to make their key businesses function."
"They Stopped really caring about the customers, or the quality of the products they produce and support. The focus has been for quite some time to spin to the analysts that the next big thing is around the corner. So to Keep the stock price artificially high, so the executives can line their pockets with bonus money saved from the last RA."
How about promotions? Nothing.

As the old joke goes, you are getting a promotion... to customer (i.e. laid off). █
