Kuwait rose to fame in the 1990s because of a war. So-called 'fame'...

Nowadays we see GNU/Linux rising there, even if news headlines focus on Iranian attacks there. Sometimes the press pundits write about oil.

Last summer we took note of Android's adoption in the country, having first noticed it a summer earlier because Windows fell to a meagre 15%. █
