The layoffs at IBM are happening. They come in a "silent" form (IBM avoids issuing WARM notices) and we gave some examples earlier. Today people talk about "RAs for September in process by Management" while some say the "silent" RAs already began. Some hours ago somebody spoke about what they did to him and his family.
