EPO "Cocaine Communication Manager" - Part XVI - The German State Does Not Enforce the Law Against European Patent Office Officials
In September last year a high-level EPO official was arrested. It was about cocaine. His sister is the President's girlfriend and he's still in the Office.
Nobody has been held accountable since then and German authorities looked the other way despite the German police having all the evidence and German media mentioning the arrest (sans the identity and affiliation of the person; they intentionally hide his EPO connection).
"I hope someday or somehow someone can put his hands legally on the EPO," one reader told us. "It cannot work on like that..."

Some time soon the vacation is over and we'll carry on covering EPO corruption. We'll also revisit the drugs, the bribes, and so on.
It's not acceptable that Europe's second-largest institution can get away with crime time and time again. █
