Omarchy is Already Dying
Same as the life cycle of slopfarms; first they experiment with some LLM junk, that in turns drives away remaining human contributors (it's off-putting), leaving way for nothing but slop and zero audience (except bots)

Linux, the kernel, is drowning in a pool of LLM slop. Some media outlets have rightly illuminated Torvalds' cautious concerns about this (he's cautious because of his rogue employer). He seems to not know what's going on anymore - a growing problem. His first big project is fast becoming slopware (human-written code discarded due to slop reports that no person ever verified to make way for slop no human ever audited!) and Git got hijacked by Rust pushers, Microsoft's GitHub (proprietary), and GAFAM's "bad actors".
Some months ago it seemed clear that Omarchy was "Becoming Slopware" and now it has a new release that is slopware.
This is not the way to make software but to drive away critical, essential humans.
A project without humans belongs not even in a museum.
As we put it last week, "If Your Software Project Welcomes Bots, Then All You'll Have Left at the End Is Bots (Same for Sites Which Permit LLM Slop; They End up as Slopfarms and No Human Wants to Contribute Anymore)"
DHH might not realise this, but what he has will never be a thriving, active distro. He's little a little boy who surrounded himself by chatbots, calling them "my friends". In social control media, many people have fake "followers" or "subscribers" with fake engagement. They're not popular, it's a lie and a fantasy. █
