Evri Makes Us Optimistic About the Collapse of the Slop Pyramid Scheme (Bubble)
This afternoon I posted this update about the slopfest going on at Evri. Over a decade ago they were a small business with real people, in more recent years they began dabbling in chatbots and it seems we're not alone (in publicly complaining about this).
If Evri does not abandon this slopfest, it'll go out of business. If it does abandon it right now, it'll probably be too late. Damage already done.
Do not be seduced by false promises of "automation" or "intelligence" where only automation may exist but no intelligence at all. All you do it harm by bots, i.e. you magnify the mistakes and you will eventually regret it. Mistakes lead to poor retention of customers. █
