Spending Over a Million Bucks on Lawsuits Abroad When There's a Big Mortgage to Pay in America

The man who's giving away too much, ranting in public about a landlord (probably the shack's) and then blogging about it, cannot deny that third parties help pay his solicitors (who themselves too might be funding it, in which case they too would technically be third-party sponsors). It's all just a question of who is funding this (this will likely give away the "whys"). And it is not just a waste of their money but also a waste of British taxpayers' money and the Court's time (a court in another continent).
I asked about this in cross-examination a year ago (the shack, the mortgage in the epicentre/capital of estate bubbles, then the who and why). It's a sensitive subject because of the mortgage (that he admitted taking years ago; he admitted this in IRC), the complicated situation with the spouse, and employment status. When a man's wife is on "his" mortgage, then it's tied to two people, not one.
Don't ask him about it. He'll get irritated. █
