Stallman.org Down Due to Virtual Machines Issue, "Senior Engineers are Investigating the Issue" Since Saturday

RMS site down due to virtual machines (VMs) issues upstream

To avoid evil smears (malicious tongues) or curtail any unnecessarily grim if not malicious speculation (some anti-RMS hubs do so this week), let it be known that Stallman.org is offline and has been offline for days because several clients - not just RMS - are "experiencing issues with virtual machines hosted on the PosiCloud platform."

This is marked as an "emergency" and is the latest announced incident since May. No such emergency was announced before (since 2020).

Let's hope recovery is complete.

Sooner or later some pages of RMS will be delisted, not deranked, by search engines. █
