Same for "Consulting" this past day:

At IBM, a dying giant, whistleblowers from "HR" are needed in order to give everybody an idea of the rough scale/scope of the PIPs. Hard evidence would help, e.g. some planning documents or lists, rather than office "grapevine" gossip.
At the moment, IBM keeps close to its chest such information, which is critical because IBM skirts the WARN Act. They call it silent layoffs, with various other terms for the same thing (e.g. "LITE"). It feeds into misinformation.
"Fall PIPS, Spring RA" are now alleged based on hearsay. "From what I’m told goal is 10% low performers pipped and out in December then a massive spring 27 action with impacted people roles and teams id’d as early as next week. If you’re not blocking time to job search weekly you’re doing yourself no favors."
"First week of December," someone added (maybe the original poster). Last year many RAs happened around November.
That figure, 10%, is different from 15% (what we saw a lot). 10% is over 25,000 staff. █
