Windows Down to New Lows as Switzerland's Federal Government Abandons Microsoft (Where Feasible for Now)

That's how it starts...

In Switzerland, GNU/Linux is gaining a lot [1, 2] and in recent days we caught many articles about the migration away from Microsoft (if not Windows, too).

Yesterday, at one point, Clownflare Radar caught Windows at just 51% "market share" on desktops/laptops:

Notice Windows compared to GNU/Linux. Notice how Apple and GNU/Linux combined were about equal to Windows. Based on statCounter, Windows was down to about 61.6% earlier this year compared to 88% in 2009. That's on desktops/laptops alone; it's vastly lower once iOS and Android are added. █
