When Microsoft is technically in control of courts the control is inevitably going to be misused/abused. We wrote about this 5 years ago in relation to the EPO - well before Microsoft pulled the plug on judges and courts on behalf of a serial sexual abuser from America. Microsoft had basically sided with criminals and colluded with them against those seeking to hold them accountable.
